Bennett
"Kairi listen to me," Bennett yelled which made Conner looks up at us for the first time since he like broke down. We had still not gone over to him because first off i didn't want to push him too far and second because Kairi was taking up all my time right now! "We called Harley okay, i know you don't like that but you can't solve everything you are not superman!" Kairi looked at me and rolled her eyes moving farther away from Conner and me.
"I care about people okay that should mean enough!" she cried, tears had not started down her face yet but you could see the pain in her eyes.
"And that means a lot it means your a great friend, but you still can't solve everything," i stole a glance over at Conner he was still sitting on the rock but he was looking at the ground now i could still hear him sniffling. I turned back to Kairi and put my hands on her shoulders "Your a great person okay, a really great, amazing, beautiful person, but some things you can't fix....like i said your not superman, your just human." With that she looked up at me "And right now Conner doesn't need someone to fix his problems he needs someone who understands and right now that isn't you, no matter how much you want it to be, its Harley!" I pulled her into a hug and kissed the top of her head. She was like a sister to me, i hated seeing her like this. After a little while i turned away from Kairi and walked over to Conner.
"Hey buddy," I said putting my hands on his knees "how are you?" Conner just shrugged and that's when Pacey and Harley came running through the woods, hand in hand mind you. They stopped a few feet from where I was sitting in front of Conner. I turned around just to see them run past Kairi, the look on her face and the speed at which Pacey pulled his hand out of Harley's at the sign of it made my stomach turn, it's as if they where just playing a stupid game it made me sick. But right now that was the least of our problems.
"Hey," Harley said walking over to Conner slowly as if she was walking up to a rabid dog ready to pounce. "What's wrong?" As she got closer to him i got up and walked back over to where Pacey was and i whispered to him
"Go talk to Kairi,"
"Why?" Pacey said turning around to look at Kairi who still had not moved from where she was.
"She just wants to be your friend, she needs someone who understands her..." I shrugged "Right now i don't think that is me....it's you!" Pacey looked at me and rolled his eyes.
"Can't we just go our seprate ways, i was nice in the break up?"
"Yah you where, but you still have feeling for her i know you do, and she still has feelings for you....just go talk to her." I put my hand on his shoulder "please, if not for you do it for her?"
"Fine," Pacey shrugged and i pulled my hand away and mouthed thank you and Pacey smiled a half smiled like sure whatever kind of smile. Pacey turned around and started toward Kairi and I walked over to where Harley and Conner where to give the two of them some privacy to talk.

Kairi
"Hey," Pacey said walking over to me and then just standing there awkwardly next to me
"If that's all you've got to say then go away, i want to be alone!" With that Pacey shrugged
"If that's what you want then i'll leave?" He started to walk away from me and that's when i exploded
"Did you even know me at all?" That got him to turn around and look at me "I don't live in a stupid cave, i know more then you think i do!" He just looked at me, he was so horror stricken his face was just blank, i couldn't read him at all. "You run around as if I'm nothing to you anymore, whatever happen to friends! I can't sit here and watch you with Harley it makes me sick, it took you a year to get over her and now i don't even know if you are over her or not because you just right back to her as if nothing happened between the two of you." tears where now falling down my face but i didn't want to stop them i wanted to keep going no matter if i choked or not he needed to hear what i wanted to say.
"Kairi i," he tried talking a step toward me
"Save if for someone who cares, we called Harley to help Conner not to see the two of you running through the woods holding hands, this isn't about you and your stupid relationship with her it's about him! And you are using it to get back into her head...heck i don't even know if you ever left or if she ever left yours!" I tossed a stern expression at him and he still just looked at me, he wanted to speak but ever time he opened his mouth he would close it again like he didn't know how to say what he wanted to say, either that or he would just look at the ground, never the less avoiding eye contact with me. "You said you still cared about me and you loved me and we could make this friendship work! Now, i realized this is just another one of your stupid games!"
"Kari stop please..." He took another step toward me by now he was about an arms length away but he didn't do anything.
"This is all a game to you," I enraptured "Well you know what it's not a game anymore if it is, i don't want to play, i was the one that got hurt... leave me alone!" With that i took off into the woods. I was going to head to the car, i knew he wasn't going to follow me and i was right i never heard footsteps behind me. Dam he pisses me off...why do guys have to be so stubborn!
